Education and Training: All members of Fleurish Holistic Wellness (FHW) were trained in hypnotism at Right Path Hypnosis & Wellness in conjunction with Summit Hypnosis and Wellness. We are Certified Members of the National Guild of Hypnotists and do annual continuing education to maintain training at a high level. The National Guild of Hypnotists is the oldest and largest hypnotism organization in the world and its certification is the most widely recognized credential for the professional practice of the hypnotic arts. FHW’s Hypnotists’ highest degrees of education are in the College of Liberal Arts of which are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), recognized by the United States Board of Education.

Notice: AS THE STATE OF GEORGIA HAS NOT ADOPTED EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING STANDARDS FOR THE PRACTICE OF HYPNOTISM, THIS STATEMENT OF CREDENTIALS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Hypnotism is a self-regulating profession and its practitioners are not licensed by state governments. I am not a physician nor a licensed health care provider and may not provide a medical diagnosis nor recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis or any other type of treatment from a different practitioner, the client may seek such services at any time. In the event services are terminated by a client, the client has a right to coordinate transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has a right to refuse hypnotism services at any time. A client has a right to be free of physical, verbal or sexual abuse. A client has a right to know the expected duration of sessions, and may assert any right without retaliation.

Redress: We are certified members of the National Guild of Hypnotists, and practice in accordance with its Code of Ethics and Standards. If you have a complaint about my services or behavior that I cannot resolve for you personally, you may contact the National Guild of Hypnotists at P.O. Box 308, Merrimack, NH 03054-0308, (603) 429-9438, to seek redress. Other services than my own may be available to you in the community. You may locate such providers on the internet. 

Fees: The charge for services vary and are subject to change at the free will of the owners of FHW.

1. Service Fees:

• All services are priced according to their respective complexity and duration. A detailed breakdown of fees will be provided upon inquiry or during the initial consultation.

2. Payment Methods: 

• Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, and via PayPal. Payment is due at the time of scheduling unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Insurance:

• Currently, FHW does not accept insurance for services. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of scheduling services and may seek reimbursement through their insurance provider if applicable. 

4. Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. To accommodate both our schedule and yours, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one third (33.333%) of the session fee.

6. Fee Adjustment:

• Fees are subject to periodic review and adjustment. Any changes to fee structures will be communicated in advance.

7. Confidentiality:

• Your financial information, including fees paid for services, will be kept confidential in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.

8. Additional Services:

• Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional fees. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the provision of such services.

Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please note that the session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Confidentiality: FHW will not release any information to anyone without a written authorization from you, except as provided for by law. You have a right to be allowed access to our written record about you. 

Insurance: We suggest you think of our services as something that you will pay for personally. That will both protect your privacy and help you value the work you are doing more. In general, insurance companies do not like to cover hypnotic services, and we caution you not to expect them to do so.
